In this episode T welcomes our first remote guest, Abi the Producer! Abi is a music producer originally from Staten Island, New York. She works with a variety of artists throughout the United States and abroad, typically working out of Los Angeles, New York, and Atlanta. In addition to her work as a producer, she works in A&R for the audio plug-in company Safari Pedals, where she manages artist relations, curates content, and hosts their podcast The Safari Pedals Show, where she has interviewed multiple Grammy-Award-nominated/winning engineers including Andrew Scheps (Adele, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Beyoncé), Leslie Brathwaite (Pharrell Williams, Jay-Z, Cardi B), Joe Chiccarelli (White Stripes, Raconteurs),  Jeff Ellis Worldwide (Doja Cat, Frank Ocean, D4VD), and many more.They discuss her background and early years in New York, her life living abroad in Israel, her first experience working in the studio at age 15, her formal education in engineering and production, lessons learned from her personal experience and through collaboration with industry-leading mix engineers, and her upcoming projects slated for release later this year.
