As we think about the stressors of life, health issues are at the top of the list. Imagine being born into a family with a doctor while struggling for years with a massive Uterine Fibroid Tumor. Seeing all of the best doctors while also listening to her intuition she navigated all of the challenges, including being told she'd never carry her own child. In the Summer of 2021 I had a lovely and open conversation with Heidi Spinella as she shared the story of some of the highs and lows of her life. Her personal story is quite inspiring especially because she wasn't focused on the healing, she was focused on seeing and feeling a positive end result.
