Ron Campton is the Head Girls Basketball Coach at Mesa Westwood High School in Mesa, AZ. In his first two seasons as the head coach he has led the team to a 45-12 record. Last season his team won the 6A East Regional championship, reached the Elite 8 for the first time in school history and he was in the running for Arizona Coach of the Year. During our conversation we discuss how he started to change the culture of the program, some of the challenges along the way and how he plans to keep the program going in the right direction.
