In this episode, we're talking about elitism in running and whether some competitions need to be more elitist to actually mean anything. (Oh, and the Jody joining a running club saga continues to rumble on...) Here's some of the japery you can expect: Jody rolls out a new load of excuses and reveals the pitiful amount of running he’s done and cleverly tries to shift the blame for his lethargy by accusing David of being a poor motivator.
