It's that time of year - the lead up to Christmas - it's busy and fractured at times and it seems that everyone's doing year-end reviews, tallying up goals achieved/goals missed and there's a feeling of doom and gloom, overwhelm, and "not enoughness"What if we did year-end reflection differently?Well...
