Ep. 11: You Are Your Only Critic

Are you worried about what people will say? Have people told you that you can't do something? Just consider that YOU are your only critic. Because YOU get to choose what is true and what is not. You get to interpret all things and what that means for you. When you base all that you do or don't do off of what you have determined what is real for you, then you will see that you are in control of what you can actually do or not do.
