Mike Chisholm is the host of ‘He Cast’ the official podcast of ‘He Changed It,’ the men’s mental wellness app his wife founded. The app covers core pillars such as, mental fitness, physical fitness, emotional fitness and social fitness. Additionally, he. has created a safe space for men to connect those who have lived experience and those looking for help. The app’s chat platform, accessed anonymously if desired, is a “take what you need, leave what you know” approach to self mentoring. This two pronged approach addresses loneliness and the need to feel heard and understood, while addressing the human need to fulfill purpose and change our definition of man up. Mike is also the co-author of ‘She Changed Me; One Ordeal, Two Perspectives’ which he wrote with his wife documenting the lessons they learned when his then 18 month old granddaughter was diagnosed with cancer and underwent a 5 month journey of surgery, chemotherapy, and ultimately beautiful healing.
