Welcome back everyone to “The Really REAL Real Estate Podcast!” Many times as realtors, we have buyers who come to us (especially first-time homebuyers) thinking they want to buy a “fixer-upper.” However, the more we look into it and discuss the “nuts and bolts” of buying a fixer-upper (no pun intended), they may re-consider buying one. Today, we talk about everything you should consider as a homebuyer to determine whether buying a fixer-upper is a good idea for you or not!
