Over the last year, NIL deals totaling over $240 million have been cleared by the College Sports Commission, in addition to the hundreds of millions of dollars that have been shared directly with college athletes by the schools. But we are in the midst of a battle over NIL enforcement centered on whether there should be any limits on how MMR partners, like Playfly and Learfield, pay athletes and whether the new revenue sharing cap will actually hold.
