For our second trip to the forge the guys get to meet four competitors who are also making a return trip as return combatants. Each one had been on the show previously but lost, so this is actually a shot at redemption for the contestantsThis time around we've got Josh, a man who infuriates Brian. Robby, a man who calls himself "the blacksmithing cowboy of the Great Smokey Mountains." Chad, who says the word "forge-a-licious" at least 63 times in the episode.
