Our Season 10 returning guest extravaganza rolls right along this week with our buddy Lindsay Teske!You might recall Lindsay's first appearance on the pod extolling the punk virtues of Never Mind The Bollocks, Here's The Sex Pistols by, ahem, Sex Pistols. She checks back in from London this week with what might seem at first like a radical departure from her wheelhouse - The Monkees' 1967 release More of The Monkees. A heaving thirty track tome, More of The Monkees actually turns out to illustrate a classic story of the artist struggling to stand in their values in the face of crushing corporate constraints. Lindsay threads the needle on her argument like the pro she is - bringing in her own personal dedication to the album while also reminding us how punk comes in all shapes and sizes, as long as it costs the artist something. A necessary reminder that just because we might snicker at some bands as we look back on them now, they really did do the damn thing in their time.Will Lindsay's argument cut the proverbial mustard?
