However, rather than relating to that overwhelm, we often to to a place of judgement and shame: "Why am I so lazy?" "Why can't I get my life together?" "Why am I so irresponsible?" Luis also explores the stigma associate with rest and recuperation. Luis shares a practice that helps us to instead stay in a place of curiosity about the procrastination by asking things like "What part of me is overwhelmed right now?"
