Wendy Batten is on a mission to improve the lives and businesses of creative shop owners across the globe. She helps establish independent brick and mortars who have big hearts and passion to develop their skills, reclaim their dream, passion,s and profits to grow thriving retail businesses through her consulting, business coaching programs, and popular podcast, The Creative Shop Talk podcast.  As a creative herself, she understands what it takes to turn a hobby and passion into a thriving business. Wendy believes in following your dreams to live your best life and now runs 2 creative businesses from a tiny cottage by the sea in beautiful Nova Scotia, Canada with her photographer husband.  Wendy is excited to welcome new members into her group coaching program, the Retailer's Inner Circle.  As a Fun Fact, at the age of 50, Wendy and her husband had an epiphany that life is meant to be lived well and can do so their own way - so they ran away from their forever home and all the things they felt they "should" have/do. They sold everything they owned (literally, pictures off the walls) and ran away from home to live in a tiny cottage by the sea. That year, life become an adventure! They were able to travel to 5 countries in 1 year to work and have experiences beyond imagination - New Zealand, France, Italy, the US, and across Canada.
