Ep 114: Self Worth. Self Esteem. Self Acceptance

from The Jim Fortin Podcast · host Jim Fortin

Start Your Transformation Now Self Worth is one of the “hardest” things for most people. So many people grow up hating themselves and/or things about themselves. The truth is this, there is not a single person on this planet “better” than you, and when you’re not comparing yourself to others it can make it difficult for you to realize your highest and true value. In this episode I talk about, to a small degree, my own path to self-worth and how I never thought I “had anything to say that anyone would want to hear.” Boy, was I wrong about that? I talk briefly about self-worth, self-esteem and self-acceptance and how I got to a place of having all three. Your massive takeaway this week is: You cannot grow and evolve as long as you are hating on yourself, so it’s vital that you put those old ways and thoughts and behaviors behind you. And, in this episode, it’s my intent to give you a higher perspective of yourself so that you can begin to live in a new and more powerful way. Transformational Takeaway: “I am good enough as I am.” Mentioned Resources: All in the Family 02 21 Sammy’s Visit Let's Connect:  Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn  LIKED THE EPISODE?
