Thanks for tuning in to the Real Women Chronicles podcast. I am your international certified life coach, T. Audra Taylor. The sole purpose of this podcast is to get you from where you are now to where you want to be.
Yes, it's time to break chains and to get unstuck. Thanks again for joining in. Let's begin. Hello, and thank you guys for joining me for yet again.
Another week of the Real Women Chronicles podcast. I am your host certified life and relationship coach. I go by the name of coach T. Listen, if you guys do not know, let me let you know that I am currently on TikTok.
You can follow me at coach.t. That is the word coach.te. You can follow me on TikTok. I do quite a few three minute, two to three minute motivational spills on TikTok and it's been getting a lot of traction.
So I would love for you guys to tune in and follow me on TikTok so that you guys can be a part of that community as well. I talk about a lot of things on TikTok that I do not talk about on this podcast or haven't had yet had an opportunity to talk about on this podcast. So it's important to get that motivation even when I'm not posting on Wednesdays, you can follow me on TikTok. I did a new video today and I will continuously post videos on TikTok and platforms like that.
A lot of these videos that I post on TikTok, I don't always make it around to posting it on my Instagram page. So there will be videos on TikTok that you will not see anywhere else on my YouTube. You won't see it on my Instagram. It will just be for my TikTok community.
Also on TikTok, I do find time to answer questions for my followers. I'm not going to say that I answer all of the questions because there's quite a few comments that come through for each and every video. But I do try to make the time to answer questions. So if you're on TikTok and you see me post a video, just, you know, if you're one of the first few that ask a question, I will definitely try to address your questions via video.
That being said, as you guys know, as always, I can be found or you can book me or you can also purchase my break up to break through interactive journal on my website, theRWCpodcast.com. That being said, let's go ahead and jump into this week's podcast. I have entitled this podcast, Time Wasted. Listen guys, we don't know how much time we have here on Earth.
And many times we will often waste valuable time with people who mean us no good or we will waste valuable time engaging in activities or working at jobs that really are of no benefit to us or our purpose in life. Time is truly something you cannot get back. Okay? So to waste time on people and things that you absolutely see no future in makes absolutely no sense.
What's the point of staying on that job and you don't see yourself retiring from it? You don't see yourself advancing in the career path that you want to be in. What's the point in staying in that relationship and you don't see marriage and your future or you don't see a family in the future and these are things that you want? You'd be surprised how many times we stay in situations, wasting time waiting for someone to change, wasting time knowing that maybe it's not that someone who needs to change, maybe it's you who needs to change that someone.
Maybe maybe it's not a relationship. Maybe you're at a job waiting for the environment to change, but maybe the environment has come to make you uncomfortable because God wants to push you out of that comfort zone and make you reach for better. You'd be surprised how often, how many years I worked in corporate America and I would see people get fixated and uncomfortable positions at jobs that literally made them age fast and made them depressed. But yet they decided to sit there and waste time knowing that there was no future there, knowing that the job just did not benefit them no waste shape or form, but yet still they decided to stay there wasting time and more than anything wasting future opportunities, missing out on future opportunities.
This is the thing about time wasted is that some opportunities will never present themselves again. See while you're waiting for, while you're sitting here wasting time and you're waiting on that person to treat you right or you're waiting for this opportunity to just come knocking on your door and you're spending all this time just wasted on doing something that does not benefit you. Guess what? Opportunity and life is passing you by.
It is passing you by. I don't know how many podcasts I have said this on, but I want you guys to understand this. It is not your job to grow a person up. I don't know who needed to hear that, but I want you to understand it is not your job to grow a person up.
If they are not growing with you, they are holding you back. It is not your job to settle for less because for some reason you don't believe that you deserve more. You're selling in for that job that you absolutely hate. Why?
Because you believe that this is the most money that you're going to make and nobody else is going to give you an opportunity. That mindset would have never allowed me to climb the corporate ladder believing in that. If you're surrounded by people who believe in that, it's time to change your circle because it will be your belief that takes you and can't approach you to the next level. Some of you right now feel God tugging on you.
You feel the presence of God telling you that this relationship isn't right. You feel the presence of God telling you that this job is not good for you and it's time to feel that right now. That's why God brought you to this episode in my podcast. This is divine intervention here.
Some of you are feeling that right now and this is your confirmation because I have a feeling that some of you listening to this podcast right now, you know it's time to jump ship. You absolutely know it's time to jump ship. It's time to step out on faith and leave that toxic relationship. It's time to step out on faith and leave that toxic job behind.
Some of you guys know it's time to jump. Listen, nothing is worse than living in regrets. Nothing is worse than that. Do you want to stay there knowing that God is telling you to move and you stand there and live in soaking regrets?
Even if you jump and fail, you can at least say that you made the decision to jump to see what was out there. But I promise you, if God is tugging on you, he's got you. He's going to lead the way. It's time to stop wasting time.
It's time to stop thinking that every day you're going to wake up and have opportunity to put that dream off or you're going to have opportunity to continuously put up with the stress that you're dealing with in this relationship and you're just going to continuously say that I have next week or I have next month or I'll do it when. When is now? Because the only time that you have promise to you is right now in this moment. This is the season to move.
This is the season to stop wasting your time. Now more than anything with COVID going on and all this stuff going on in the world, now more than anything, you should value your time and everybody that you hold close should be valuing your presence. So I'm going to ask you, what does your time mean to you and how important is it to you? Do you want to look back over your life 10 years from now and soak over what it could have shown us?
What does your time mean to you? The worst thing that I really believe that we ever got accustomed to doing is trading our time for money. Meaning working these jobs for eight hours a day and trading your valuable time that could be spent with family or chasing your own individual purpose in life and we trade that for money. I think that's no knock to anybody who's operating in their purpose.
But if you are at a job just to get a check, that's a lot of time to put in to something that you don't enjoy doing. When each and every one of us, I don't care what your situation is, we have the ability to think ourselves into a new situation. And when I say think ourselves, that means everything starts with thought. So we have the opportunity to manifest new situations.
The issue is we don't believe. So we sit and we waste time. What does your time mean to you? It's the question that I want each and every one of you guys to answer this week.
And I pray, y'all, that somebody who fills that tug in of God this week moves. All it takes is a must-a-see to fade. I'm not saying it's not going to be scary to walk out of that position or to start looking for another job. I'm not saying it's not going to be scary to leave that toxic man or woman alone.
He's going to be scary. These are all roads that I have traveled personally. So it's scary. But once you follow God's signal, that intuition that you have inside that says it's something out there better for me.
You will not regret it. I promise you, you will not regret it. So that is all that I have for this week, for this week's podcast. Again, you can log on to the RWCpodcast.com, purchase the Break Up to Break Through Journal.
You can tune into all of my podcast episodes. You can go ahead and select a free 30-minute consultation for those of you out there who need life coaching as well on that site. Okay, so as always, let's close out and pray our Father God. I just thank you for allowing us to come together.
Yet again, another week of the Real Women Chronicles podcast. We just thank you for just guiding us all in this season of delivery, the season of new breakthroughs for the God. I pray that all things and people there are keeping us in bondage and keeping us chained to the Father God. I pray that you break the bond in the name of Jesus.
Help us to walk out into our destiny towards our purpose with faith and a sense of boldness and walk with us through it all, Father God. We love you. We praise you. We glorify your holy name and the name of Jesus Christ.
I pray, amen. Until next week, y'all, again, TikTok, Coach.T. That is Coach.T-E-E. Follow me on TikTok.
Love you guys. Bye-bye.
