If you are operating in this leadership sandtrap, you tend to be incredibly reliable in terms of what needs to be done and how to do it. However, there is also the tendency that you won't know what to do unless you are told. Also, if you have the TIMWATDIZZCRY sandtrap, you rarely get your needs met.
