While they are extremely important, the real people in the engine room driving the success of the trip is the trackers and skinners.   These are the men we call on when the brown stuff hits the fan, they are the ones we rely on to find those valuable animals, they are the ones that roll up their sleeves and carry out the necessary dirt jobs that lead to you having the trip of a lifetime.
