Ep. 115: Why family is everything for Sephora Video Marketing Manager Natasha Maldonado

This week my guest is Natasha Maldonado, Video Marketing Manager at beauty mecca Sephora and freelance makeup artist. Born and bred in Los Angeles, Natasha is someone I’ve been following for a while because I love the insights she shares into her cultural background as a Latina. A major theme that came through in this interview was family; it's clear that Natasha's parents have had a major influence on her, in different ways, and even more so, her grandmother, 'Mamita'. At almost 98 years old, Mamita loves beauty shopping and chatter with Natasha and in this episode, her lust for life really shows through. Talking to Natasha I couldn't help but ask where she gets her confidence for appearing on camera, and where she got her very intentional approach to life from.
