I connect this mindset to other patterns like CPM scheduling, which often functions as a tool for avoidance rather than accountability. Along the way, I talk about the importance of creating new learning opportunities, such as a Takt Production System course for universities, to raise the standard for the next generation of builders. This episode is both a call to action and a reminder that we cannot afford to excuse incompetence when it is used as a shield.
