Ep. 118 - Alcaraz and Sinner RETURN in Cincy / Shelton Shines in Canada

This week Erik and Aidan recap the result of the Canadian Open, where American Ben Shelton emerged victorious! The young American was definitely a top contender, but this was still an unexpected result, achieving a finals victory over Russian Karen Khachanov. Meanwhile, the Cincinnati Masters was already underway, with the first couple of rounds already completed. Whether it is fatigue or simply the tough conditions in Ohio at this time of the year, many top seeds have already fallen out of the tournament. With the return of Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz however, this tournament may prove to be much more of a challenge for any underdog contender.
