Thanks for tuning in to the Real Women Chronicles podcast. I am your international certified life coach, T. Audra Taylor. The sole purpose of this podcast is to get you from where you are now to where you want to be.
Yes, it's time to break chains and to get unstuck. Thanks again for joining in. Let's begin. Hello.
Hello. Thank you guys for joining me for yet again. Another episode of the Real Women Chronicles podcast. I am your host.
I go by the name of coach T. So, listen guys, before we jump into this week's podcast, I just want to remind you guys that the Break Up to Break Through Journal is available on my website, the RWC podcast. You can also go on that website to listen to all of the podcast episodes that I post each and every week. You can also utilize that website to learn more about me.
There's a about me tab that kind of tells you about a little bit about coach T. And more importantly, you can book a free 30 minute intro to coaching session if you are interested in life or relationship coaching. Okay. So, that being said, I want to go ahead and jump into this week's podcast.
I'm not going to hold you long. I've entitled this podcast. It's just a chapter. And as I tell you guys many weeks, God brought that title to me this week.
And it just really made me reflect on the various chapters that we go through in life, each and every one of us, right? I call it chapters. Some people call it seasons. It's the same thing.
We get so caught up, okay, in the various seasons of life that we often forget that they change. We fall back during these seasons. We lose faith during these seasons. And we forget that just like any book, that chapter eventually comes to an end.
And the only time we lose is when we lose faith in the fact that we can win again. I'm not sure exactly what it is that you're going through and what chapter that you're in at this present time. But I want to just remind you that this too shall pass. No matter what it is, pain does not last forever.
Whether it's pain in your heart or pain in your body, it does not last forever. Every single season in our life has an expiration date. Now how well you go through that season is totally up to you. I understand that life gets the best of all of us sometimes.
And sometimes things and situations start to weigh you down. And it weighs you down to the point where you feel as though this will never change. This pain will never go away. This situation will never get better.
And whenever we start to speak that defeat over our lives, we tie God's hands. We tie his ability to bring us into a new season. We tie his ability to bring us into a new chapter because we're speaking death over the things that God is trying to breathe life into. So I'm encouraging you today not to get so caught up on this season, on this chapter, because there's more chapters to come.
Maybe you're going through the chapter of a breakup. Maybe you're going through a chapter of divorce. Maybe you're going through a chapter of layoff and financial struggles. Maybe you're going through a chapter with your health or with family problems.
You'll see, here's the thing that you want to remember as you're going through that chapter. You should never accept defeat. And you should never ever accept that defeat, especially in a season that will change. Many of us have walked away from relationships.
Many of us have gone through breakups. But for those of us who have made it out on the other side, we can attest to the fact that the season changes, that pain doesn't last forever. It's just a chapter you're in. That's it.
I know it hurts. I know it's painful. But it's just a chapter. And as your story and life of life continues on, new chapters are being lived, new chapters are being rediscovered.
But what happens to us when we keep going back and rereading old chapters? We don't have the opportunity to read a new one. Some of you out there are so caught up in a freaking old chapter that you're missing site of the new chapter that's taking place right now and the midst of your eyes because you're fixated on the old chapter and you're rereading it. By rereading it, you're reliving it.
This is why I tell people all the time about the danger in holding grudges because in order for you to hold a grudge, you have to resonate with that pain over and over again to hold onto it. And it hurts nobody but you. It hurts nobody but you. What good is it to sit here and accept defeat in a changeable situation?
Are you unemployed? That's changeable. Are you divorced? That's changeable situation.
Did you go through a breakup? That's a changeable situation. You're throwing in a towel and a season that is going to change. I just don't want us to ever get stuck in a changeable chapter because our mind refuses to believe that the best is yet to come.
I don't want us to get stuck in seasons that keep us from our joy and our happiness, that keep us from really experiencing the good things and the good feelings that come with life. Each and every one of us go through various changes in life. It's inevitable. Things that we can control and things that we can't.
But what makes you strong is your inability to give up, your inability to not lose faith and to not and your resistance to that feeling that comes along that tells you it's always going to be like this. I'm always going to feel this way. I'm always going to have low self esteem. I'm always going to attract a bring up wrong people in my life.
It's giving into these type of thoughts is what's holding you back. Giving into that that self defeating talk is what's holding you back. It's not the situation that's holding you back. It's not the chapter that's holding you back.
It's the way that you view it. And this is what I've come to tell you guys today. It's not about the chapter itself. It's how you're viewing the situation.
It's how you're viewing the chapter. And if you could just change the way you look at it, right? Because we can't always change the situation, but we sure can change how we look at the situation. So if you can change the way you look at it, you can change the way you feel internally.
And as your body starts to resonate on better feelings and feelings of peace, feelings of acceptance, of feelings of perseverance and optimism, then the things that you want start drawing closer and closer to you. So that's all I have to say this week is it's only a chapter. It's not the whole book. Keep pushing.
Keep believing. Keep having faith. This too shall pass. All right.
That being said, again, the RWC podcast, go ahead and log on there. Get your break up to Breakthrough Journal. If you need it, go ahead and book yourself a free 30 minute intro session. And thank y'all so much for all the messages that I've been getting.
I really love y'all. I really, truly, truly love y'all. That being said, let's close out and pray your Father God. I just thank you for allowing us to come together yet again, another week, Father God.
Thank you for giving us the strength to keep pushing forward and keep persevering through life's various chapters, Father God. I pray for anyone out there that is currently stuck in a certain chapter and they don't know how to move forward. I pray that you lose them in the name of Jesus, Father God. Help them to see brighter days are to come, Father God.
The best is yet to come and the best is not behind them. We love you. We praise you. We glorify your holy name and the name of Jesus Christ.
We pray. Amen. Until next week, I love y'all. Bye.
Bye. Bye. Bye. Bye.
Bye. Bye. Bye. Bye.
Bye. Bye.
