Since 2006, Laura has been providing spiritually based integrative holistic health enrichment with a subspecialty in trauma healing & recovery through workshops, outreach, retreats, and private sessions. She’s an experienced healer, speaker, writer, seeker, social justice junkie, spiritual mentor, intuitive, Jikiden Reiki Shihan (teacher), medicine woman, & holistic health professional. Laura is also a survivor of child abuse, sexual assault, & domestic violence. Over the years, she's become a thought leader and recently launched a collaborative project “Triggers & Spiritual Medicine” on YouTube and co-authored "Feisty: Dangerously Amazing Women Using Their Voices to Make an Impact". Currently, Laura is completing an addiction counseling certification program at UMass Boston. Laura's Vision: To break the unrecognized epidemic of unresolved unhealed trauma & create sustainable systems for recovery, healing & empowerment. Mission: To help others rediscover the power that lies within and to find that treasure buried in the depths of the shadows. To help them become their own superhero.
