Mike Chen is a New York Times bestselling author.  He's written parts of both the Star Wars and Star Trek collections.  He has penned 6 original novels including, Here and Now and Then, Light Years From Home, and the recently released A Quantum Love Story.  Besides both being geeks with the same last name (in Chinese), Mike and I also have UC Davis and growing up in the Bay Area in common.
