This leads to the question of how one could possibly know if they are ready to adopt a pet. Mina suggests contacting rescue centers and spending time with animals beforehand. AnimO is also very careful to prepare pet owners with proper training according to the animal before they can be adopted. Next, Mina is asked how she manages to run her animal sanctuary and she expresses that if one loves what they do, even through the slumps and hard days, the love for it will keep them going. In the future, Mina hopes AnimO can become an education center to address Animal Welfare that is not talked about enough in Japan. She continues by saying that showing your love and respect for animals is not simply buying one, but rather by volunteering or donating to animal sanctuaries. We end the episode with a message to be cautious of the business practices that feature animals, such as animal cafes, and the harm we as consumers endorse by continuing to entertain with.
