Welcome back everyone to “The Really REAL Real Estate Podcast!” Today, we tackle one of the greatest debates in real estate history – should I sell my home vacant or furnished? This is a question almost every realtor gets asked by almost every seller out there looking to put their home on the market. Today, we talk about some of the pros and cons of selling your home furnished vs. some of the pros and cons of selling your home vacant!
