Twin Rivers Music Scene recently spoke with Texas-based musician Austin Gilliam following his performance at the DKC Cookers tent during the Rodeo Austin BBQ Cook-Off. Austin Gilliam is renowned for blending country and rock influences to create his unique sound, which he describes as "Americana Rock." Growing up in a musically inclined family in Kingsville, Texas, his passion for music ignited at an early age when he discovered his mother's 12-string acoustic guitar.
