In 2015, Rooster Radio host James Begley moved his two businesses, Tract Leadership and PickStar, from Perth to his home town of Adelaide. Co-host Andrew Montesi's year involved five overseas trips in the first six months, starting two companies, exiting one company and transitioning from the safety of full-time work.
