Ep 12 | Byerikgul Bakhatbol from Mongolia

from Levende Vann Podcast · host Roger Steinbakk

Byerikgul grew up as a muslim in Mongolia. When she was around 8 years old her father became an alcoholic, and her mother got very physically sick. She had to take a lot of responsibility at home, and they struggled with cold in a low insulated house. But a couple of years later, her mother came in contact with christians, who started to help out both physically and also shared the gospel. Her mother accepted Jesus, and after a while Byerikgul received the gospel as well. They prayed a lot, and after some time her mother got healed from the sickness, and her father stopped having alcohol problems. Although she was a believer, she later on - in a struggling period - committed to fully surrender to Christ. This was a life changing experience, and she had after a while the opportunity to get baptized.
