EP.12 Corey Fonville Interview: Butcher Brown, Jazz, Drummers and Their Part of The Music Process, Growing Up In Virginia Beach, How To Make It As A Musician, New Music, and Where Jazz Music is Heading

This week we sat down with Corey Fonville, a Virginia Beach born multi-instrumentalist whose strongest skills are within the world of Drums. He's the heartbeat and rhythm of Butcher Brown but what really defines him is the theory and cadence behind the work he's done to become an established drummer. We got the chance to dive deep into his production, how he learned and honed his skills as a drummer, working with legendary artists like Nicholas Payton, the future of Jazz, and the next moves for Butcher Brown. - Listen to Corey Fonville - https://open.spotify.com/artist/7sX499OwcBpDPpk2eGgooP - Follow us on Patreon for Exclusive Uncut Full Episodes, access Viewer Questions / interview submissions, and more!  https://patreon.com/TheReUpPodcast -  Follow @TheReUpodcast // https://www.instagram.com/thereupodcast/ - Follow @CoreyFonville // https://www.instagram.com/coreyfonville/ - Listen + Watch On All Platforms // https://linktr.ee/TheReUpodcast
