EP 12 - Mental Health Crisis Running A Multi Million Pound Business with James Lovell-Butt

This was so far, the most raw, open, emotional, and REAL episode to date. James Lovell-Butt runs a multi-million-pound recruitment business that is growing rapidly, used to play football at a high level, and has a life most people would dream of, but a couple of years ago, woke up and didn't want to carry on with life anymore. James and I opened up about our mental health struggles, how therapy has helped, the tactics, techniques, and strategies that we utilized that got us to where we are today. We also talked a lot about the impact of ADHD has on recruiters. James opens up about the fact he isn't diagnosed but he has faced challenges with focus, impulsivity, hyperactivity etc. but talks through what has helped him grow his recruitment career/business. James is also an avid believer in the 1% club and talked about how you can be a top performer, how to strive for more whilst remaining humble and grateful for what you have.
