El le quito la vida a más de 300 nińas inocentes. Por esta razón Pedro es conocida como “El Monstruo de Los Andes”. Unfortunately, instead of seeking help, he took all his anger, pain, and resentment into committing some of the most heinous crimes in Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador.
