About Wayne Hart: Dr. Hart has worked in public education, healthcare, and consulting positions, and held senior leadership roles in the petroleum industry, environmental technology, and information management. He's currently a Senior Fellow with The Center for Creative Leadership which is one of the best known research leadership development and executive coaching organizations in the world. You can check them out at www.ccl.org. Prior to his current role, Dr. Hart served the Center for over 18 years in the role of senior faculty and during that time he trained over 4000 leaders. He designed and delivered custom leadership development experiences for a wide variety of organizations including aerospace, the U.S. Military, financial services manufacturing and many others.
