EP 12 - What happened to Jen and how it affected my world.

from Stefanie Joseph Podcast - Remembrance of Wholeness · host Stefanie Joseph

The death of my sister was and will always be a pivotal moment in my life; a moment that changed how I viewed everything. It is healing for me to speak openly so that I can process all of the emotions that come with loss. I get asked often what happened and I feel it's time to share the story of Jen's death. I have hesitated sharing because I know that my account of her passing could differ from others close to her and as you're listening, please keep this in mind. However, by sharing this part of the story pieces together why I even care to speak about grief. Maybe sharing her story allows others who have experienced loss to feel not so alone. Maybe my story allows you to find peace in your story. Maybe, me sharing this part of her story is simply me just keeping her alive in my heart. Grief Acceptance Project has moved to a "go at your own pace" program with the opportunity to connect via Zoom during the month.
