Author, Podcast Host and Life Coach Amy Debrucque shares how she healed from and overcame the grief and anxiety of losing her son, her brother and a cancer diagnosis by leaning into the Lord, letting go of control and replacing it with surrender. This is not a natural response to these types of things, however it is what saved her life and brought her out of crippling anxiety and fear. She shares wisdom the Lord gave her and practical ways she walked through this, and about how patient the Lord was with her journey into letting go and healing from such devastating experiences. In addition to those cherished roles, Amy is the author of the book Embolden, a speaker, host of the Life On Purpose Podcast, and Confidence Coach to women. After the death of her brother and son, Amy struggled privately with severe anxiety. It would take a cancer diagnosis 14 years later for her to finally lean into her faith and surrender the burden of fear. She learned that although fear is normal, courage gets the final say. Amy has spent the last 5 years teaching women like her, how to stop being afraid, and start living on purpose. Amy encourages women around the world with her articles featured in Darling Magazine, ThriveGlobal, Womenencouraged.com, InDependent, DisplayingGrace, ForEveryMom, YourTango, and Today Parenting. She co-hosted the Embolden Summit and is passionate about coaching women and helping them get out of their comfort zone by teaching them her key methods so they can be brave in all things.
