Growing up in Huntington Beach, California, Dave Thomas was all about that adrenaline rush…. Surfing, motocross, snowboarding, women, fighting, and partying. He was athletic and ambitious, with plenty of talent and chances, but a wild lifestyle and poor choices led him to lose it all.Beneath the tough exterior was a guy with a heart, struggling with his own addiction while witnessing his father's battle with meth. Trying to stay strong, Dave learned early on to conceal his feelings, thinking that true strength meant never showing any weakness.By the end of 2016, everything took a turn. Getting sober was just the start but surrendering to Christ changed everything.Now, Dave is a husband and father of three, discovering what it really means to be there for his kids, a loyal husband, and a man guided by God. His life is now centered around faith, family, discipline, and service.As an online coach, Dave supports others in rebuilding their bodies, minds, and faith, showing that redemption is real and freedom is achievable.
