In Sports: (6:01) The Olympics have once again shut down protests or any political reference apart from shirts with soft safewords. This, coming from sports bodies that are inherently political.

In Music: (22:04) Founder of Digital Underground Shock G has died, which is a good time as any to talk about the backstory & legacy of one of Hip-Hop's most inventive people.

In the first of two Life segments: (38:26) The United Kingdom is fracturing more and more as days go by, but whilst I would love some anarchy and blame it all on the Conservatives, it's worth noting the very likely negatives of the UK splitting up.

Lastly, in the 2nd Life segment: (54:23) I sometimes to myself, I don't know if I do it more than most or less than most, but I do it. So is it weird? Is it a sign of something worse?
