EP 125: Interview with Ginger Gilmour

from Muses · host Muses

Today, we bring you our conversation with Ginger Gilmour, a true artist and author of Memoirs of the Bright Side of the Moon. We read Ginger’s book and discussed it back in episode 56 and since then, we have been wanting to speak with her personally. Today is the day! Ginger met David Gilmour of Pink Floyd in 1971. They were married from 1975 until 1990 and have four children together. But like all of the incredible women we speak with, Ginger is multifaceted. Not only is she an author, she is a sculptor, light worker, mentor and will be hosting Creativity Classes “where creativity touches the heart and nourishes the spirit”. If you’re one of the lucky few to take classes with Ginger, you may be painting or sculpting but you'll most certainly be in the presence of this really peaceful and spiritual being. Ginger is a true storyteller and speaks about her experience on tour with Pink Floyd, her health journey, favourite places she has travelled and what it was like spending time with George and Olivia Harrison in their gardens at Friar Park. Ginger welcomes anyone to reach out and ask her questions. One way of doing that is by sending her an email, [email protected] You can also leave her comments on her Facebook profile: https://www.facebook.com/gingergilmourbook/ or https://www.facebook.com/GingerGilmour.GingerArt/ In the meantime, you can find Ginger on her website www.gingerart.net and we highly recommend that you pick up a copy of her book Memoirs of the Bright Side of the Moon. You can sign up to be on the waitlist for one of her Creativity Courses by going to her website. Enjoy the show! Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
