Ep 125 Post Fast Reflection and Dangerous Narratives In this episode I finally do a post fast reflection. A group of us are reading “Man Heal Thyself” by Queen Afua and Supa Nova Slom. During the reading, it was suggested by the authors to do a 21 day fast and we decided to do it. I also talk about dangerous narratives such as “An increase in crime...” and “no one wants to go back to work...”.
