In places where surgery and care are out of reach, babies like Christopher, born with a cleft lip or palate, all too often face a heartbreaking future. And you have the power to change that. Thanks to generous donors and medical volunteers, Christopher received free, safe surgery. It cost as little as $240 to spare a child like Christopher from Heartbreak.
All they need is you. Please go to giveasmile.ca to donate. Thanks for tuning in to the Real Women Chronicles podcast. I am your international certified life coach, T.

Let's begin. Hello, hello, hello. It feels great to be back with you all. I know many of you who tune into the podcast each and every Wednesday have been wondering why I have not posted.
Just a quick introduction for those of you who do not know who I am. I go by the name of Coach T. I am your virtual certified life and relationship coach. Now, I have missed you all.
I have missed these weekly podcasts tremendously. I have a bit of a testimony. I actually contracted COVID. I would say probably the end of October.
The COVID that I had was COVID pneumonia. I ended up getting pneumonia in both of my lungs and I spent some time in the ICU fighting for my life. That is exactly what's been going on. I'm still going through the healing process.
I'm home now from the hospital, glory to God. But I'm still going through a healing process with just getting my went back and my lungs still need some healing. Needless to say, but glory be to God. When I say guys that he spared my life, he really, really, truly did.
I just wanted to come to you guys this week because I have a lot more oxygen to speak as opposed to the last couple of weeks where I really couldn't speak long without being short of breath. I don't get short of breath, but it's getting better. I just wanted to come to you guys this week and just give you guys that testimony because I know somebody out there needs it. God is able.
Okay. Overnight, my life changed. All these plans for the weekend and overnight it changed. I know that COVID has affected each and every one of you guys.
I don't know a person who hasn't been affected by COVID or had someone that they cared about affected by COVID. But this isn't only about COVID. This podcast here is just gearing up for what's to come and what God has in store for me, for the podcast, for just those individuals who are motivated by this podcast. And I just want to say that God is able guys, save prayed up, believe, believe, believe that he is able.
Trust the process. You know, there are some things that you learn when you're going through trials that you can't learn when you're not. And I think that's so important. You know, we often don't want to go through the fire, but sometimes it takes you going through the fire for you to really open your eyes and see which direction to go for you to open your eyes and truly see the things that you took for granted.
Sometimes you have to go through the fire to really reconnect with God and realize who your source is and realize where your help comes from. It's amazing what I learned going through that storm over the last couple of weeks, that challenge. I learned a lot. I learned that your life can change overnight and it has nothing to do with anything other than that's just the way life goes.
And I want to encourage people right now, like all you have is today, honestly. That's all we really have. Tomorrow's gone. I'm sorry, yesterday's gone.
And tomorrow's yet to be lived. You truly don't know what's going to happen tomorrow. And we often put off our happiness for a later date. We say that I'll be happy when I get married or I'll be happy when I have this career and we put it off.
But here's the thing. Tomorrow is not promised. Today is all that you have. Stop putting off your happiness until tomorrow.
Stop putting off your happiness until a later date. I just watched my life flash before my eyes. And if many of you got Lord knows, I pray that many of you have not felt what that feels like. But if you ever feel what that feels like, you realize that the things that we worry about don't matter when your life flashes before your eyes.
The things that you're concerned about, the things that you're wasting all of this precious time, all of this life. When tomorrow comes, today will be history. It will be a day that you will never relive. The question is what did you do today?
Did you spend the whole day worried? Did you spend the whole day anxious? Did you spend the whole day angry? This whole entire day that you will never, ever get that.
How are you going to spend it? How are you going to appreciate it? How are you going to glorify God in it? Only you can answer that.
But I just wanted to again come in this week just to give a quick update. I am still going through the healing process. But I am ready to restart these podcasts. So that being said, next week I will be doing a full podcast on a good topic next week.
So please tune in next week. This week I just wanted to come in really quick and give you guys a quick update on my health. I'm going to continue to take another week and continue to heal. And pray for me next week.
I'll be back at it guys. So stay tuned. Again, I am actually doing virtual coaching clients now. Still, I just started back this week taking coaching clients.
So if you are in need of coaching, feel free to log in onto my website at the RWC Podcast and select the coach with me tab. You can also order my break up to break through journal on that website. Okay? So as always, let's close out and pray your father.
God, I just thank you so much for allowing us to see another day. Father God, I thank you for the trials that come into our lives that only come to make us strong. I'm a stronger father. God, I thank you for loving us, for keeping us, for strengthening us during life's toughest times.
You are amazing. And we love you. We praise you. We glorify your holy name.
And in the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen. All right, guys. Until next week, I love y'all.
Bye. Bye. Bye. Bye.
Bye. Bye. Bye. Bye.
Bye. Bye. Bye. Bye.
Bye. Bye. Bye. Bye.
Bye. Bye. Bye.
