Ep 127: Depression Sucks

Depression does suck. The Candyman has had a life long battle, and more or less beat the shit out of Depression! Check Out this week's episode to hear The Candyman's 7 Ms for combating depression. It was a fitting week for this weeks topic, because we lost a great person. Our friend Kristy Williams passed away after a very long battle with brain cancer. She was an amazing human being, and her loss is felt by the entire area. There are some Charities being set up in her memory, we will be posting those soon. Also we get into a little Star Trek, since Macka is watching it for the first time.
