from Breakfast With Tiffany Show · host Tiffany Rossdale

Send us Fan MailA very Happy New Years from the Breakfast With Tiffany Show! This is our first episode for this year 2023 and we have Tiffany share what she has been up to during the holidays up in the frosty Higashi Hiroshima at the Temple Aki Kokubunji for almost a week and the upcoming Digital Detox retreat in spring! So stay tuned to the transformative events that we have lined up this year for the Zenscape Wellness Retreat programs.  Our reviewer this week says that there is something about this podcast that helps them learn and grow as a person everyday. Such a lovely comment and we are so glad to know that what Tiffany is trying to achieve on this platform is uplifting our avid listeners. Going back to the topic, we learn that Tiffany had visited this temple last year as well, with a lovely buddhist family that welcomed her with so much hospitality. During this time, Tiffany had a Digital Detox, which means she unplugged from her social media for the time she was at the temple. She reflects on how much change she has felt over the years, and the benefits from taking such a break. And lastly, we find out that Tiffany got to return back to her routine of waking up early due to the temple's morning chants at 6am in the morning. Thank you again for tuning in and do not forget to share with us what your goals are and your word for this year is! And as we say here in Japan,  “Kotoshi mo Yoroshiku Onegaishimasu!” 今年もよろしくお願いします。Mentioned in this episode: Temple Aki Kokubunji (Available only in Japanese) ~ https://terahaku.jp/temple/akikokubunji/ Review Of The Day ~ @rabaul5819 on Apple Podcast Episode 14: Morning Habits To Success ~ https://www.tiffanyrossdale.com/podcast/episode/4b259207/morning-habits-to-success Episode 28: How To Wake Up Early?
