Ep. 129 - Dr. Michelle Robin

from Small Changes Big Shifts · host Dr. Michelle Robin

I have wrapped up my 25th year in practice and while I thought I would go back to my normal routine after spending the last year celebrating, my spirit had other plans for me. Instead, I am now more motivated than ever to do everything I can to help make generational changes when it comes to the health and lifestyle of our future generations. The second leading cause of death of kids 10 - 24 years old is suicide. Something has to change in our current healthcare environment and it is up to us to lead the way and keep the conversations going. This is just one of the startling statistics that has reaffirmed my decision to dedicate the rest of my time to helping our children. I am excited to share with you my future plans and provide resources for you and others to help put the odds in your favor with your health. Let's go out and make it a great day!
