This testimony documents over 40 years of systemic crimes committed by Adam Urbanski, the non-validated RTA President, including multiple conspiracies to murder RCSD students, staff, and community members. His methods included human trafficking, necrophilia homicide fantasizing, systemic fraud, student poisonings, payroll withholding, and the hijacking of RCSD’s personnel processes. These acts constitute violations of: • 18 U.S.C. § 1117 (Conspiracy to Murder) • Trafficking Victims Protection Act, 22 U.S.C. § 7102 (coercion and abuse of law) • 18 U.S.C. §§ 1589–1595 (forced labor, trafficking, and civil remedies) • 18 U.S.C. §§ 241–242 (conspiracy and deprivation of rights under color of law) • 18 U.S.C. § 1962 (RICO – racketeering activity) • 42 U.S.C. § 2000d (Title VI – discrimination in federally funded programs) • and related New York Penal Laws.
