Colonel Tim also shares his experience of 'Leadership in Adversity' during his time in the military and how he has translated this into civilian life and industry. As Lieutenant Colonel (Commanding Officer) of the 1st Battalion, Royal Irish Regiment , Collins gave a rousing eve-of-battle speech to his troops in Kuwait on Wednesday 19 March 2003.
