Mental blockages can really stop us from reaching our fullest and highest potential. It can restrict us from getting to our goals and finally seeking out happiness. We all deserve happiness at the end of the day, no matter what. Here’s a gentle reminder that you are not your negative thoughts, and you sure as hell aren’t worthless. Life has a way of trying to put us down, but it is up to us whether or not we allow it to keep us down. We get to choose to rise above the bullshit. It can be easier said than done to get out of our own heads, but the best way to try is to give ourselves some grace by being patient with ourselves and allowing ourselves to grow from whatever hard lessons we’ve recently learned. Light, love, and happiness are at the end of the tunnel. It’s up to us to decide to chase after it. SPOILERS AHEAD!! TRIGGER WARNING DEATH!!
