So it’s been ANOTHER fun week, eh. So fun that we might be tempted to forget that Indiana is sleepwalking its way into a redistricting scheme that NOBODY WANTS. Luckily, State Representative Mike Andrade has his eyes on the ball. He joins us to explain: * What’s going on with this statewide redistricting effort. * What gerrymandering is and how far away it is from the plan that yielded maps Republican’s called “perfect.” * WTF ‘Packing’ and ‘Cracking’ are to people who redraw political maps. And no, they are not related to wildly environmentally unsound ways of getting oil, gas, and minerals out the ground.
