Today’s guest is extremely special to me. Lauren Finley Jacob joins me on Mama Fire. Lauren is my friend and sister. Technically, she’s my big brother’s partner and the mother of my first ever nephew. She is also an educator and teacher, healer, herbalist, botanist, has spent over a decade exploring the world of energetic medicine. She's formally trained in ethnobotany and holds a master's degree in philosophy and religion, with a focus on women's spirituality. She is the person I go to when something feels off with my health. She is the person I lean on when I need guidance with my cycle. She is also the person I know who will listen without judgement and always gives the best advice anytime I’m in a hard place.
