This episode is in honour of Gareth Parry Owen, in 2023 a group of Gareths friends and family set out on a epic charity row challenge which consisted of a 130 mile round trip from Holyhead Wales to Ireland & back .this was to raise funds for charity’s working in the men’s mental health and suicide prevention space.
