She has served on the boards of Nebraskans for Alternatives to the Death Penalty, Disability Rights Nebraska and the Nebraska Innocence Project.Amy recently won a significant Nebraska Supreme Court victory striking down Nebraska’s ban on gay and lesbian foster parents as well as a historic win for marriage equality in federal court.
