In today's episode, I get to interview one of the most known faces in the College of Business at UCF, Mr. Lonny Butcher. Lonny is the Director of Professional Development and Placement for the University of Central Florida. He's in charge of the career professionalism classes that all College of Business students are required to take. These classes focus on helping students find jobs by the time they graduate. In this episode, Lonny talks about his role in the college and how these classes help students to be successful. He also talks about the 4 key activities that students graduating with a job all do.
